Size Selection

Elite II O-tops and pants size charts

Sizing is based on a relaxed fit. We try to be consistent with a standard fit but that may not match other brands or individual preference. To select your size measure the chest size of a garment that fits the way you like and compare it to our size chart. Lay the shirt flat an measure across the chest at the an inch below the arm pits for half the garment size in inches. A relaxed fit in the medium unisex range should be about 3-4" larger than the body measurement. A trim fit (i.e. Trimtex Extreme) may be one to two sizes smaller. eliteiisizecharts.htm

Club Orders

FREE ART WORK- Club orders include free artwork based on your design ideas, sketches, photo or camera ready copy (vector preferred.) You will receive two or three variations from which to choose. In addition one round of tweaks will be provided free of change in finalizing your design.

PROTOTYPE- o21e has the unique feature of providing an advance of the club shirt to aid in soliciting orders from members. The cost is $70 including domestic shipping.

FIT SET- An optional fit set is available with club orders at no additional cost. Shipping to the club is pre-paid and the club pays for return or forwarding to another customer club. (The cost is usually $6-$16. Shipping labels and free pickup from http:/usps.com.) Alternatively, the size chart and measurement instructions will serve to insure a suitable fit.

PAYMENT- A non-refundable deposit of $70 is required once initial artwork has been provided. The deposit will be applied to the order cost. Payment in full is required in advance of production or net 30 from shipping for OUSA clubs. Prices are quoted for payment by check in US funds. PayPal or credit card payment adds 2.9% (3.9% foreign.)

THE ORDERING PROCESS-

We will provide information and process your order by e-mail. Address all e-mail to Joe with copy to Sofi at sportident dott us. Please be sure to include all foregoing messages with each message for the duration of the process. This will help in our effort to provide special attention to your particular needs.
Provide any preliminary art work/idea or we can design something completely original. Vector graphics are particularly useful.
Sofi, our o21e designer and producer, will provide drawings for your tweaking/approval.
Commit to an order of at least 12 shirts with deposit or payment as required.
Refine and select your design.
Order optional advance shirt (prototype.)
Solicit from your membership
Submit your final order with payment as required
Shipping usually 4-6 weeks from final order.

Refund Policy- Refunds are not available on custom orders. Please be sure that the sizing, artwork and quote meets your approval prior to final order.

Shipping- Shipping is at the risk of the buyer. Our policy is the ship via USPS priority which is fastest and usually offers the best rates (est. .50-.75 per piece U.S.) for uninsured parcels and has been 100% safe in our experience. For full protection optional insurance is available at reasonable rates.
